Underground Legions Tour: Goatwhore/Impiety July NZ Shows – first 50 Tickets get free meet and greet

Brutal Tunes, Metal News

In 2010, Goatwhore came to NZ in support of Behemoth and Job for a Cowboy, and their unique extreme metal sound and crushing stage presence made them one of the standout acts on that bill. Now the band returns as headlines to support their new album, Blood for the Master, released Feb 2012 from Metal Blade. If you haven’t heard it yet – I recommend it. Goatwhore give a modern and visceral twist to the dark thrash sound of Slayer and Kreator.

So rarely do we get two international acts on one bill, but this time we’re in for a treat as Singapore extreme metal legends Impiety will be joining the tour. These guys are the real deal – seriously unholy music and a fanatical worldwide following. This is Impiety’s first show in New Zealand and they’re going to be playing hymms from their latest album, Ravage and Conquer.

Joining these two on this, the Underground Legions tour, are two of NZ’s finest black metal acts. From Wellington, Bulletbelt will be unleashing their fury, and I’m stoked to be seeing one of my favorite local acts, Exordium Mors, as they conjure up some satanic madness.

Tickets are seriously only $60, AND the first 50 tickets sold in each city will receive an exclusive and FREE meet and greet with both bands. There are no other signings or meet-and-greets. There are only a few of these left, so get in FAST. Once you’ve booked your ticket you’ll receive details of what to do to get your meet and greet.

I’m going to be in Wellington for the show, so if anyone is down there who wants to meet up, give me a buzz. For you Aucklanders, have a blast \m/
